Rogier Eelzak studied Fiscal Economics at the University of Applied Sciences for Economic Studies in Amsterdam (HES). He subsequently took several tax courses at the University of Amsterdam.

Rogier had twenty-five years of work experience at various tax consultancy firms when he founded Score in 2023.
